"my appointment was for 915 I arrived at 9 AM and wasn’t taking in until 945 for bloodwork? I didn’t expect this kind of delay with a confirmed appointment."
"The professionals at Saint Peter's Physicians Associates in Piscataway are wonderful. The staff is always willing to help, are knowledgeable and friendly, and Dr. Megha Rao is an excellent physician; very knowledgeable, responsive and takes a holistic approach to health care. I highly recommend this practice!"
"To the owners of this practice: I would like to know how you qualify as Physician Associates providing Primary Care to your patients. Please post your response as a reply to this review so others can benefit from it and post a specific response to my concerns not a generic response. Please don’t tell me to go to ER for every little non-life-threatening thing when a simple primary doctor’s call/consult would suffice. Your doctors work on limited day(s) of the week and there is NO COVERING physician for the rest of the week in case of urgent consultation. I was told by the urgent care clinic I went to on Sunday 11/26/2023 evening to call my primary physician tomorrow morning on drug interactions because the primary has full medical history and blood work, and I was also told by the pharmacist there may be drug interactions with the medication written by urgent care doctor for treatment. However, the primary physician only works ONE day a week at your office and rest of the days…well go figure. When I called on Monday morning (11/27/2023) around 9 am, the receptionist answering the phone says the doctor only works on Tuesday. I had to insist that send her a message I have to talk to her or have another doctor call me. No one called. This is no way to run a practice. The physician finally called back on Tuesday (11/28/2023) by which time me and my family had spent hours on the internet reading about drug interactions. Btw…this has happened multiple times in the past and once I was told by the receptionist only the physician you are assigned to can work with you. Your receptionists need training too. Put a DISCLAIMER in BOLD on your website and on insurance portals that Dr. abc only works on Tuesdays and for the rest of the days you are on your own no matter what, Dr. xyz only works on Mondays and Thursdays and for rest of the days you are on your own no matter what, and so on. I am sure you do know that not receiving timely consultation in some cases can result in a dire situation. Therefore, (i) what is your working model in your own words? (ii) How are you planning on improving it so you can provide patient care that you should and that is complaint will healthcare standards and laws? This is a serious matter. Thank you."
"My experience was excellent. Vanessa was amazing, very friendly and helpful and she drew my blood great! Akruti was also excellent, she was very thorough and took time to answer all my questions. So happy I chose to come here."
"Dr. Slavin is a great physician- she's attentive and thorough. Her staff not so much. Doctor gave me the name of a supplement and wrote it down for me, but I forgot the paper. I only remembered it started with a "V." Got home and realized I didn't have the name so I called the office to ask. After 4 calls someone picked up and after I explained the situation I was put on a quick hold and then told the name was "Nature's Made." I knew it wasn't because I remembered it started with a "V." My daughter looked up multiple supplement names until she found it- Viactiv. Horrible negligence on the office staff's part and very clear that she lied and just said a common vitamin brand to finish the job."
