"My husband and I had the best experience with RMA and Dr. Hong. This was the second clinic that we visited in an attempt to start our family, as we didn't have the greatest experience with the first one. Well I am ecstatic to say that we are currently expecting our second child all due to the amazing staff at RMA; and the Lord above :) My nurse Jessica kept in constant contact with me and kept my schedule on track with appointments, medication and such. She always responded to my calls and messages. I can honestly say she made an easily stressful situation a walk in the park. The receptionist Alnisa is such a joy at 6am monitoring. She always smiles and says "Good Morning" and she knows all the patients by name. If the waiting room isn't crowded she has some of the best conversation, along with great music playing in the background. The phlebotomists are so welcoming and also greet you with a smile at such an early hour. Everyone is in such a great mood it sets your day off with good vibes...and excellent test results! You can't find that at any other medical facility. I'm glad my OB/Gyn referred us to this facility. We've had the best experience and best results. We started with four embryos and now have one baby with another on the way, and you best believe that we'll be back for our other two embryos!"

"After going to a not so great clinic, RMA was a breathe of fresh air. They are very organized. They really put a lot of effort and research into IVF and IUI procedures, in order to get the best results for women going through infertility. The care is individualized and not one size fits all. The doctors and nurses are caring. I had Dr. Osman. She was honest, straight forward, and helpful. I would definitely recommend RMA."

"I primarily went to the RMA Springfield office to see Dr Shastri (LOVE!) and nurse Jessica (LOVE!). On weekends and for procedures I went to Basking Ridge. The front desk even wished me a happy birthday at an early morning monitoring - they go the extra mile. We had a wonderful experience while going through a difficult journey. Prior to RMA. 23 had bad experiences with two other fertility clinics in NJ and when I found Dr Shastri at RMA I knew we were in the right place with the right caring hands.
