"I needed to change my primary doctor because he is in Morristown and it was becoming difficult to drive up from Woodbridge so I decided to look one up closer in town. I settled on this group and chose Dr Friedman. I called and got an appointment without any problems when I went to see the dr I saw him right away the staff was friendly and professional, the office very clean and the doctor was excellent he reviewed my records asked me questions about my health and had me do a blood test for a physical which I was due since 2020. I don’t have any complaints about this medical group. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a primary care physician."

"No one answers the phone way too often to schedule an appointment. Ridiculous! If you leave a message for a call back, you're lucky you get one the next day! Unacceptable! When calling a doctor's office you need someone to PICK UP THE PHONE! If the facility is understaffed, then fix it! Usually one person at the front desk, but at least 3 other office workers sitting around. ANSWER THE PHONE!"

"This doctor's office is horrible. The customer service is atrocious and they will NOT accommodate emergency appointments in the evening for individuals who work. I tried to get an appointment for my sick father. The front desk told me that my father could be seen immediately. The nurse proceeded to complain that she would have to stay (I called at 6:08pm and they close at 7:30pm) and they then told me he couldn't be seen. I heard her verbalizing her annoyance in the background during the call. They claim that they are a level 3 patient centered medical home and nothing about this practice is patient centered. The healthcare dollar is continuously shrinking and they should learn to serve their patients better. Take your health insurance and copays elsewhere. This place is not worth your money or the headache you will incur from having to deal with the staff."
