"The over the phone customer service was just ridiculous and unprofessional. I called this location because I urgently need to see someone and the receptionist answers the phone while on a personal phone call. I am hearing all of her business and then when she finally acknowledges me, it’s very rushed. I express that I am seeking a primary care physician and wanted to know if there was ANYONE available today. Without even checking the system or entertaining the thought of checking the system, she says “we don’t have any new patient openings until December.” Her personal phone call conversation was longer than my call with her. I can see why this location has little stars. RIDICULOUS"
"My experience here has been nothing but outstanding! The nurses are awesome and Dr. Richa Chhaya is an excellent listener, extremely knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She makes you feel like you’re in great hands."
"My Mom recently had an Appointment with Dr. Nicole Cassanta! As I help take care of my Mom I know what's paining her or what her concerns are. This doctor from Start to Finish was incompetent! She asked questions and as soon as the questions were asked they seemed to have left her brain! My Mom had specific complaints and she was told more than once what they were. And she did NOT address them all. The nurse came in and noticed my Mom wrists were swollen, which we had already told the doctor. The nurse seemed concerned and said she would send the doctor back in. But to which, it was in vain, she said she doesn't have time she has patients to see and that we should address that with her regular PCP! But we were here Now!! The entire appointment was rushed!! We even said something to the Front desk and they were appalled!! Your Job as a Doctor no matter whose patient it is (especially if you're seeing them), is to ADRESS EVERY CONCERN THE PATIENT HAS AND TO HELP FIND A RESOLUTION!! Although she is a resident she is off to a Extremely Bad Start and I feel Bad for EVERY PATIENT she has ever seen & will See!!!"
"Horrendous. Is delaying my care and fooling around with me on the phone. In the words of my insurance company, it is implied they did not update their own provider relationships with this insurance company, putting me through serial calls between these two institutions to ensure I do not get my care delayed any further. Then, when I called to finally fix the issue, they transferred me to some irrelevant line that requires an extension, essentially ending the call. Edit: They have played another prank on me. I complained with this review to patient relations and got a call back where a rep implied they would not resolve the issue. I did not stand for that and they said they would try to find an appointment that could be honored by my original date so as to not delay care that I could have found at any other hospital in the meantime. It is 11:15am of the next day and they haven't called me back. This institution works with those who wish harm on the sick as gatekeepers to the IRs I wanted to see. Edit2: I was finally able to secure an appointment this month at another institution and it is 8 days away. They have caused me 8 days of medical damage while putting me through needless work and strain while going through their pranks. This could have killed someone in critical condition."
"This clinic sucks. It's one of the worst places to go for healthcare. I have never seen my primary care doctor in 2 years. I have been seen by many residents some good some bad but at the end of the day the treatment is negligent. I have not had a yearly check-up all year???? I can't get an MRI??? Came in with a broken toe & dislocated metatarsal joint which was then wrapped in an ace bandage by nurse practitioner only to make it worse and hurt more. You have to beg or scream for help!! You have to wait 90 days to see a specialist??? You are treated mainly with OTC drugs like Aleve. You are told to use cream/ lotion for dry skin when you have an staph infection. Don't go there if you can help it. I hate the place. I had a GI doctor who ignored me when I tried to explain my medical problem, didn't read my email, didn't make eye contact, treated me like a dog, but gave me an endoscopy that I had to fight for. The whole process is upsetting when dealing with this clinic. You are prescribed cheap medications but rarely is there any major diagnostic test used to treat any condition. "Do no harm" is a joke. God awful place. Skip the aggravation. Find a better place."
