"No compassion and extra fees. I would especially not recommend seeing the NP Jaimie Gilbert, nor Dr. Hupp. Go somewhere else and save your sanity and money. Fees are part of a larger summit health issue, but having been to other summit health affiliated offices for years, these visits at Bridgewater have been by far the worst. Yikes."

"I would give this group more than one star if I could directly contact the actual office instead of being directed to a call center. It is frustrating having to wait to speak with someone from the actual office for any inquiries. Recently, I attempted to schedule an appointment for my husband as a new patient with Dr. Hup. However, I was informed that she was not accepting new patients. As a current patient, I kindly requested if they could reach out to her on my behalf and inquire if she would consider taking my husband as a new patient. Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill this simple request. It is disappointing that the call center is not accommodating to patients who require immediate assistance and are unable to wait for the three-month appointment wait period."

"This is not my normal office and I will not be returning. My office did not have any available appointments for today so they scheduled me for Bridgewater and since the appointment was so last minute they told me on the phone that it would be okay if I arrived 15 mins late since it would take me that long to arrive leaving immediately. I arrived 16 mins late (one minute past the grace period) and they refused to see me."

"They over charge, I’m a new patient wanted to try this medical group close to home . I wanted my check up , I had a question about my chest during the visit maybe anxiety or stressed.. I asked is this my check up ? They said this is an introduction to the doctor , then your check up is next visit . They took my blood work the first day. I said do I need to come in for my results . Usually my old doctor or nurse just calls and tells the results . They made 2 visits for a yearly check up. I have insurance and still have to pay $400+ extra."

"I had my knee replacement surgery in march 2021. Dr. Abrutyn was so wonderful. I can not be happier with the results. The office visits are quick and efficient and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone when I hear of anyone with knee pain."
