"I've had multiple bad experiences with this place and I would never like to return. The appointment in person was torture and painful. The follow-ups with me trying to do what they said, which was to schedule an MRI, has been a 4 month long nightmare with them. They have such bad attitudes over the phone, if by some miracle you even get them to answer their constantly busy signal phone system. They take forever to do anything. And God forbid you ask them for a prescription for any procedure they are supposed to provide, they will bite your head off. I won't ever go here again and will never recommend this place. Update; willing to give the benefit of the doubt to this place and second chance, I called to attempt to get the care I require by attempting to have them resolve the issue. The receptionist is EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING, HOLIER THAN THOU, ASSUMING SHE'S THE SMARTEST PERSON IN EVERY CONVERSATION, AND SEVERELY DESERVING OF BEING TERMINATED AND FIRED! If I were an employer and heard my employee talking to ANYONE like she does, she would be FIRED ON THE SPOT! SERIOUSLY! GET RID OF YOUR RECEPTIONIST!!!"
