"Professional and courteous staff. Made an appointment online so didn’t have to wait long. PA Elizabeth and MA Alba both very professional and attentive to my needs. Would definitely recommend."
"Went to urgent care for medical attention. Walked in filled out paperwork. Saw the doctor in ten minutes after arriving. Front desk/nurse Karima, was friendly and caring to me and my son. Doctor Javed was amazing, made my son who’s very shy, feel super comfortable and smile. Was very attentive and listened to our concerns. I really appreciate the entire experience at this care center. Being. Nurse myself, I can honestly say that there are still some caring professionals out here to help. Thumbs up 100%"
"Smooth, easy check in with very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Was there for an eye problem which was evaluated thoroughly; diagnosis and explanation were clear. NP communicates well and is very friendly. Place is immaculate. I’ll go back when urgent care is needed"
"TL;DR: Don’t waste your money or time when you’re sick and need help because this business and provider are horrible, arrogant, rude, and worst of all have no concern for your health or wellbeing. I have been feeling bad for a couple days and tested positive for covid yesterday. I felt even worse today so I scheduled a virtual visit with Prompt MD this morning. The medical person (I'm not sure if they were a PA or MD but judging by his attitude, lack of professionalism and refusal to listen to my symptoms, he probably shouldn't work in medicine) was 21 minutes late to the scheduled call time and seemed generally annoyed that I needed medical attention. I had covid in December 2022 and explained the medications that worked for me last time. The person said that he had already called in several other medications (before even speaking with me). I tried to explain my symptoms and history and why an inhaler was critical for me but the provider just interrupted me and said he had covid a month ago and it wasn't bad. He was basically telling me to "be a man and deal with it". He didn't ask me a single question. No questions about the timeline, symptoms, my medical history, or even my name. He was arrogant, dismissive, and acted like I was wasting his time. When I started trying to explain my symptoms he interrupted me again and said he had treated thousands of covid patients and knew what he was doing. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a medical provider. I don't know how it's even legal to prescribe medications before talking to a patient. And what is the point of going through a whole appointment process if the medical professional is just going to ignore everything you say, shame you for getting sick & needing care and just prescribe a bunch of medications that you might be allergic to? I super do NOT recommend wasting your money or putting in the effort to support this business when you're sick just so they can be rude to you and not provide appropriate care. I recommend using the AMPM Urgent care across the street or One Medical if you have access to it. I should have just gone to One Medical but this appointment was 2 hours earlier than the first available One Medical appointment and I’m so sick I didn’t mind paying the additional $40 in copay to get seen faster. I’ll never make that mistake again and you shouldn’t either. At least in my experience, AMPM & One Medical treat you like a human being and wait until they've talked to you to prescribe medications. Seriously for your health & safety stay away from this business."
"The Good Doctor Javed Islam cordial and caring, aided by great front desk and camera shy assistant Alba. Call or walk in. Not just for locals but the massive traffic from Bridge 1 block away would benefit to know when needed to stop by on their way by. Happy healthy patients are their own goal.... Read the other reviews and comments."
