Our home health services include medication management, assistance with transitions, and support for patients to recover and regain independence. "Lovely to speak with by phone and in person. However, they appear to accept cases when they don't have the staffing. My husband needed nursing within a day or two of hospital discharge and therapy. They didn't have him scheduled for almost a week until I called and complained, so it was moved up a day sooner. Services weren't consistent."
"I work for a home health agency and today I called the Clifton location and spoke to Madeline to inquire about the services that they provide in addition to questions that I had for a patient to become a member. Madeline expressed to me that I should get a pen and paper and write it down because she’s sick and tired of how many calls she gets a day Explaining that they are not a home health agency. When I responded to her saying excuse me, you’re talking very disrespectful and unprofessional her response was “whatever “ Madeline then continued to scream over me unprofessionally and aggressively. I then asked her to speak to her manager who she said was unavailable. I have tried to call back numerous times. Madeline continues to pick up and tell me her manager is not available. I am reporting this employee and I will call every single day until I get a manager."
