"Lovely to speak with by phone and in person. However, they appear to accept cases when they don't have the staffing. My husband needed nursing within a day or two of hospital discharge and therapy. They didn't have him scheduled for almost a week until I called and complained, so it was moved up a day sooner. Services weren't consistent."
"I work for a home health agency and today I called the Clifton location and spoke to Madeline to inquire about the services that they provide in addition to questions that I had for a patient to become a member. Madeline expressed to me that I should get a pen and paper and write it down because she’s sick and tired of how many calls she gets a day Explaining that they are not a home health agency. When I responded to her saying excuse me, you’re talking very disrespectful and unprofessional her response was “whatever “ Madeline then continued to scream over me unprofessionally and aggressively. I then asked her to speak to her manager who she said was unavailable. I have tried to call back numerous times. Madeline continues to pick up and tell me her manager is not available. I am reporting this employee and I will call every single day until I get a manager."
