"Actually is 0, the office staff is unethical and rude after telling me they take my insurance after a cleaning they stated they don’t take my insurance and ask how I will be paying. I have reported this to the BBB stay away from this office."
"Getting a hold of the Doctor's office staff is close to impossible, you can only leave messages. They say they faxed a script three times for an x-ray - I just went to Montclair Radiology to see the script - It was sent with no x-ray marked off. Radiology called the office to get a verbal but landed up talking to a whole bunch of machines. I got blood work done almost a month ago but they never called me to schedule a follow up or discuss results. I knew from the insurance company before the Dr's office on the denial of a procedure.....communication is real bad."
"DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! The doctor here is verbally abusive, turned his back on me when I was explaining my condition. He vehemently berated me when trying to explain my condition and called me a liar about certain things I was suffering from. Laughed in my face right before he wrote me a script to go get blood work. Yeah right... like I'm ever going back here. Horrible place!"
"I had the absolute worst experience today with the office staff at the this doctors office. There was a man in front of me paying for his office visit which was $90. He gave the receptionist a $100 bill. They then informed him that they don't give change. He said then said that they could keep the change. Before returning to his seat they gave him $10 back in change and informed him that next time he would have to have exact change, that they don't make change and that there are signs posted. Now its my turn at the window. My co pay is $10. I gave them $20 and they refuse to take the $20 or give me change. Stating that they have signs posted. Excuse me but they have a million and one sings posted, was I supposed to read all of them. I asked, " How is it that you had change for the man in front of me but not for me.?" She replied that his payment was more".. REALLY.. what does that have to do with it. I asked,"why don't you have change ?" I was told, "BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A STORE." I found this to be very rude. Somehow I found the $10 copay in my purse in singles and $3.00 in change. After that an elderly man about maybe 75 years old was told they couldn't give him change and suggested that he go to the store to get change and come back. Its snowing out and very cold and they actually want him to go back out in the bad weather instead of giving him the change. I then gave him the extra money he needed for his co payment because I couldn't let him go out in the snow. When I spoke to the Dr. about this he made excuses for the staff. I said, " since you make calls reminding people of their appointments the day before how about to add to the message that they bring exact change?'. He said that's a good idea, Needless to say I am now in the process of finding a different doctor, one with manners and where the office staff is professional and courteous."
