"My sister arrived two hours early for her appointment and asked if there were any earlier time slots available. As she only speaks Spanish, she requested assistance from a staff member to translate. Unfortunately, they informed her that there were no available spots and instructed her to fill out her paperwork before returning. She requested a Spanish version of the paperwork but was met with a rude comment from the staff member who spoke Spanish, implying that she shouldn't have come to the country without speaking English. She left the paperwork (since she couldn't fill it up anyways), and received a call from the same employee implaying my sister wasn't coming back to her appointment 2 hours later, to which my sister clarify she was going to be back with someone to translate for her. I can assure you my sister is a sweethear, and didn't deserve to be treated like this. It's disappointing that some people feel the need to bring others down due to their own unfulfilled, unhappy life. Update: she went back to her appointment and they rescheduled it with a vague excuse and didn’t even call her in advance. They waited for her to come in to tell her the appointment was move to a later time. Besides, the other personal claimed the first person never said that. How did they even know if they don't speak spanish? And if they do, why didn't they help the patient?"

"Literally the worst office ever. They don’t answer the phone at all, mind you the office is almost always empty when you go for an appt. If you need your medication after running out, you’ll be waiting at least 10 to 20 business days for a response, not a refill, RESPONSE and that’s if you’re lucky! A response is for royalty clearly. they do not care about their patients at all."

"I am unhappy with the call service. When you call you get a audio message that the appointment line is assisting other patience. You leave a message and no one returns your calls. There has to be another way to get in contact with an actual person instead of leaving messages and no one e returns you calls."

"Every time I call to make an appointment, I get an answering machine saying that they are currently busy scheduling an appointment with another patient.... every single time. I left messages 5 days in a row because no one was calling back. I got a call back from an admin once, but she hung up on me after a minutes saying that "I'm sorry, but let me call you back" for no apparent reason. She never called back. I called the office manager who sent me back to the extension that, once again, ended up in "we are busy...." answering machine. This is simply terrible."
