"I have type 1 rosacea and suffer from broken capillaries and redness on my face. I’ve heard that excel V laser is one of the best lasers for this condition so I decided to go into this office and trust this doctor. I don’t think she knows much about rosacea at all she just has this laser to make a profit off of. She didn’t tell me the possible bad side effects of this laser and I feel like the setting she used was too high I was not aware of how harsh this laser is and I have sensitive skin. When I’m there she’s questioning if I have rosacea when I have visible capillaries and mild redness and I’m prone to blushing which is all symptoms of type 1. Why would you have a laser and claim to help a condition you don’t know much about? This laser did nothing but make some capillaries more visible, give me more erythema by the temple area of my face so now I blush there more. Also caused hyperpigmentation on my nose that’s still lingering. I called the office about my concerns and told them I’d get back to them in a week if it didn’t get better. A week passed and I called over and over again completely ignored my phone call I even sent an email directly to the doctor about my concerns, she never emailed back or reached out to me, I had a friend dial them from her number and they picked up on the first ring. I’m disgusted by the negligence and shadiness of this place and how they’re using this harsh laser without the right knowledge on skin types/conditions and treating sensitive skin. I have to deal with the changes it made to my skin now and it’s really sad that I even payed for this! To now be ignored like I’m just a quick dollar sign. It could’ve been way worse but still not what I deserved."
