There is no waiting time since it is by appointment only but if you have some kind of emergency they are always happy to help you. I like how i can stay connected with Doc through their health portal, and telehealth is something i go for if i have few questions related to my sons health. "Nine years ago, I went to this office for the first time. My son was three years old. He was not taking. I was so confused about the situation because I was new in this country, and I did not know what to do. Doctor Ghanea explained everything I had to do to get my son evaluated. My son was diagnosed with autism. Thanks to that advice, my son started receiving services, and now he is a 12-year-old. Actually, he is communicating his wants and needs. "I have been taking my children to this practice forever. Started with my first born back in 1999 roughly because it was convenient since I worked in the same building as them. My child had pretty bad asthma which the care and thoughtful treatment of the Ganea's basically cured. That child who is now an adult hasn't had an episode in years. I left the job I had in 2005 when I had my second child. I was no longer in Queens for anything really because I live in the Bronx. But I still continue to go back to this practice cause how do you pass up on excellent care. I now have three boys (two teens and an 8 year old) who I take to this practice. They are seen by Dr. Laura Bowers, NP who is an absolute delight. She is sweet and cheery and the kids love her. She listens to your concerns and makes sure everything is covered. You always leave the office with a sense of satisfaction. I must also say a few things about Jasmine, the office manager, who has been there since my very first visit. She is amazing in helping you with any and all problems. Whether you need a medical form for school or work, a referral, a reminder of an appointment. She is always courteous and professional. She is my go to whenever I have a question or problem."
