"I've been going here for years but recently it was the hardest thing to make an appointment as no one would answer the phone. Because I wasn't feeling well I reached out to someone who uses to worked there via private number then got immediate attention and help. She put me in the hands of David an MA who was amazing. He offered me a telemed visit, sent out my scripts and I'm headed to pick them up now. He was so sweet. Confused as to why no one answered the phone but grateful to the people who did help me!"

"I had the most excellent treatment by a medical professional I ever had with Christine from Dr. Al days office in Clifton! My mother in law was having problems and Christine was so caring and went out of her way to address our concerns! She is the best medical professional I have consulted with over the years! She’s very thoughtful and has a GREAT calming effect o my 90 year old mother in law and our family! Thank you so much Christine I wish there were more dr. And nurses like you!"

"Worst experience and I didn’t even go in. Called as new patient because I’ve been congested. They told me one date turned out another so I called to fix it. I said to please change it to another closer date because I woke up with a sore throat. I was told “unfortunately since you aren’t feeling well we can’t see you until you feel better” WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. This is the reason for the doctors visit. I’ve been waiting a week for this appointment and now I have to look for another primary. Unacceptable"

"This place is a joke, the girls in the front don’t leave messages. Don’t inform you the doctor they’re “leaving a message” for isn't in. The on call doctor (especially Dr.park) is useless, doesn’t help, doesn’t offer medical advice, blames the patient, and yells she’s “driving call back in the morning”. You have to start fighting for a prescription refill atleast 2weeks prior to the end of your medication because that’s about how long it takes for someone to contact you, even when they “give you automatic refills” they never actually do. This place is all around terrible and do not care about their patients. EDIT: the little girls upfront don’t care about anything. VERY rude and incompetent. I’ve been trying to contact my doctor for a week and a half now. I’ve called, been told “no English” and hung up on, been transferred to the “manager line” left messages, finally called and spoke to some girl up front who said she only sees one message from me. Told her the names of the little girls who said they were leaving messages and this rude (for lack of a better term) b!tch said “well obviously they didn’t” unprofessional, disrespectful, incompetent,lazy, useless staff. DO NOT GO HERE."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I most certainly would. They absolutely do not care about their patients or any potential new patients. I'm concerned about possible bronchitis post-COVID and was basically cast off to the side when we called to make an appointment. Apparently, because I'd be considered a "new patient" (despite having been there before), they can't see me until more than a month from now. While I'm hacking up a lung just by breathing. There are plenty of doctors out there that still care about patients, why would I wait more than a month to be seen? I highly suggest you don't waste your time and find a doctor's office that actually puts their patients first."
