"Horrible experience/customer service. Requested a prescription refill days ago which the office never filled so I called in to see what the delay was. I was told I needed to come in and see a doctor which is not unreasonable but because they didn't bother to respond to the request for refill I had no idea they wanted to see me and so now, given the delay, I am having withdrawal symptoms from being off the medication for days. They are unwilling to do anything do address their lack of response to the refill request and the suffering they are putting me though, notwithstanding the fact I and my family have been long term patients (even CVS would provide a couple of days of med.). I will be looking for a new primary care provider and will happily tell people going forward to find another primary care physician."

"Never my life have I had a worst experience of a rude Dr. Schwartz and an incompetent receptionist. Who made a 10 minutes temper tantrum Over me being five minutes late. Imagine a world where a patient could yell and complain at a doctor for making them wait or being late for an appointment . They refused to give me bloodwork because I hadn’t fasted although they made no mention of me having to fast. But they sure were quick to take the co-pay"

"Based off my first and only experience so far with Dr. Diane Schwartz, I am extremely happy to have found her. She is not only sweet and personable, but took the time to see if I needed anything more than just the shots I came in for. The staff was also all very nice and extremely accommodating. I'm so glad to have found a new physician in the area!"

"They are nice people and good doctors. My wife has been using them for years. People seem to expect to be able to jump the line over other folks who already had appointments. Dr. Fishkind has always treated my family right."

"Dr Fishkind is arguably the WORST doctor I have ever dealt with. I always dread having to be treated by him AND his arrigance. Dr Dangelo would be the only doctor you should see at this practice. After Dr Fishkinds lazy false diagnosis, a week and 10 lbs later i am sicker than ever. If I could rate this place less that 1 star i would. Ive been going to this doctor since i was born. Never will set foot in their old out dated office ever again. Thanks a lot Old Tappan medical, for absolutely nothing."
