"Dr Ramos always takes whatever time is necessary for me & my conditions. She is very caring & considerate. She spends many hours in her office AND in the hospital; dedicated to her patients. I was in the hospital for a week during Christmas. She never missed a day seeing me there. I'll never forget that & will always be appreciative. Not many Drs like that these days."

"Dr Ramos is horrible. My parents have been with her for years and she only cares about charging Medicare for anything she can. She doesn't refill their meds when they need them.The pharmacy and my parents have to call multiple times to get her to do anything. She will call my mother to tell her they need blood work but they just had blood work done and she needed to tell them the results. My parents both had abnormal labs and she never addressed it until I did. She will speak to my mother on the phone for something them charge Medicare for a virtual visit. No vitals taken, they just had a question. My parents had covid symptoms and she refused to get them tested or treat. She wanted them to sit in an ER. All she needed to do was send a prescription to lab. She's a sweet talker and might have a nice bedside manner but she should not be practicing. She pushes tasks she can do as a doctor onto to others to handle."
