"I went in for a wellness exam that is covered by insurance and made it clear that I didn’t want anything other than that. Dr. Fadlalla lied on my bill saying that I complained about something and coded an iron test as diagnostic even though it is covered under a wellness exam causing me to be billed a copay. How disgusting and fraudulent."

"Dr. Alba was ok but a little dismissive of my concerns. The girl Vanessa, or Veronica at her check out was rude. All of that could have been tolerated, but the administration staff was absolutely crass. I was a patient with summit group for several years, none of my information (but my address) had changed. I provided my insurance card to the receptionists, they never updated my file or did the verification of benefits, therefore my insurance was never billed for my visit. When I called regarding my bill, some nimrod told me I needed to update my coordination of benefits, which I did. And yet the billing department still forwarded me to collections. Called today with the insurance company on the line who verified they never received the claim. Annie from the billing department was able to confirm that despite me having the same information as what was on file for several years, the insurance was never billed. If you want to go to a healthcare system that knows what they’re doing as far as billing, stay FAR FAR away."

"I’ve been seeing a dr in this practice since 2014 and she and the nurses are great and very thorough. The front office and receptionist staff is rude and have been notoriously rude since I started coming in 2014. For example, they speak about other patients while you’re waiting for an appt., sounds like a HIPPA violation, they don’t make eye contact when they speak down to you, and act like bullies. It’s like mean girls every time I come into this office."

"Don’t bring your family here ever. My Father had stage 4 cancer and basically there was nothing left to do just put him in hospice. The drs were rude, insensitive and I never felt like this before from a medical practice. We told Dr Lu to not give my father too much negative information and he waited for my mother to Leave the room to tell My father all the negative news and weeks later he died. So unprofessional. I really wanted MSK but it was too far for my family to drive. I’m sure they would have given him what he needed not just left somewhere to die. Shame on these people. Dont bring your family here."

"Since the merge with City MD, they turned into the McDonald's of medical, just a franchise that don't care and just want your money, the receptionist just rude, the Dr's don't have bedside manners they just give you pills to cover up what is happening and don't look for what the issue is. The billing don't get me started there, worst ever. This medical group is a bad example of poor medical care, I have been to a lot of Dr's there, allergist, ENT, cardiologist and internalist all don't have the passion to help people and seemed to be paid off by big pharma"
