"Very difficult to reach by phone. They transfer their phone to the answering service quite frequently during office hours. Their recording states their office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. I called at 4:00pm today and got the answering service. I am a regular patient of this location and this has happened to me before at different times throughout the day. They hardly ever answer their phones before 9:30am. Either they don’t arrive on time or they just don’t want to answer to assist patients. The only reason I go to this office is for Dr. Sterling. He is an excellent doctor. The office staff not so much."
"Sent here by my doctor for a heart stress test a few months back. Paid my Copay. I then see the doctor who proceeds to tell me the same thing the doctor that sent me there told me. I asked about the stress test I was sent to do per my script. She tells me I have to come back the next day because she determined what test I needed??? I was sent there for a stress test Per my script. Long story short I paid a co pay again the next day and finally got my test done . Customer service ?? Please , pay and wait come back again pay and wait. What a racket"
"Last week I had a procedure done with Dr. Kadjare and while he was a good Dr. his staff leaves a lot to be desired. I was called and scheduled for a follow up, I asked the woman who called me to please schedule me after 3 since I work, she said she could see he had a 2:45 but didn’t know if he had anything later because she was working from home. Shouldn’t you have access to the entire schedule since you’re “working” from home??? Anyway, I leave work early, I get to the office and I wasn’t on the schedule. The receptionist tells me she’ll see if she can get me in somehow. Comes back 15 minutes later and says “I’m sorry the Dr.has a surgery scheduled and no one can see you now”. So, who’s going to compensate me for my time and wages lost??? Time to find another Group, Riverside is just AWFUL! No regards for the patient."
"I recently went in to have an echocardiogram done and on the same day I was supposed to receive a portable monitor to wear for 5 days. *side note: the girl who made my appointment for the echocardiogram gave me papers to sign and said “just sign here” pointing to the bottom without telling me what I was signing. If I didn’t ask, I would’ve never known there was a fee for cancelling/rescheduling.* However, on that day, I waited half an hour before being told by one of the receptionist “the girl’s just turning the machine on, and then we’ll bring you in”… ANOTHER half hour passes without anyone saying anything to me so I ask another receptionist what the hold up was. She then informed me that the monitor wasn’t connecting to their system and the lady was JUST going to call to troubleshoot it with the company. I had to reschedule because they could not tell me how much longer I’d be waiting. The next week I went back to get the monitor and waited another half hour before I asked how much longer I’d be waiting. The receptionist (a different girl from the week before) told me the monitor (AGAIN) wasn’t connecting to the system and the lady was going to call the company. SAME ISSUE FROM THE WEEK BEFORE. It wasn’t until I had told the girl that this happened to me the week before and I had spent over an hour waiting that made her get up to see what was going on. When she came back she told me they would call me to go inside in 5 mins. They call me in and the lady explains how to put on the monitor and how it works however, she gives me a paper to sign saying I will be paying a $50 fee if I don’t return it on the 6th day of having it. This was never explained to me when I was making my appointment, and it should’ve been so I could’ve planned ahead. After going back and forth with me, telling me to reschedule AGAIN & me refusing to, the lady goes to speak to another lady and comes back saying I can bring it back the day I told her I’d be able to bring it back. THE STAFF IN THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I can only imagine how they treat their elderly patients."
"Bad experience. After I paid my entire bill, I keep receiving bills and when I call to make the claim they say that they had given me a wrong value. But this hasn't just happened to me. This also happened with my husband a few years ago and with his mother. They never give a clear explanation, they just say that they don't know why, managing the same system, one secretariat gives one value and another another value and the invoices reach me for another balance."
