"I have never had a worse experience interacting with a medical office. The doctor was nice enough, although she was pretty rushed - hardly looking at me. She didn't even ask if I had been vaccinated for Covid. The rest of it, a nightmare. My lab work was never given to me, though I called for it. They randomly did a spirometer test (why?) and the results were alarming (saying I had an obstruction in my lung and had the lungs of an 84 year old and I'm 59 -- I have no symptoms of this but I guess they charge insurance for it) -- I found out because I finally insisted almost a month later they put the results on the portal -- but no one thought to call me about it. I was told when I came in the following week for a thyroid ultrasound (which she recommended and they scheduled) and a pap (which she said she'd be doing) she would go over my results. She not only wasn't there, but when I showed up for the thyroid ultrasound (having driven 6 hrs round trip) I was told a) I was there for a carotid ultrasound (I was not) and b) that they couldn't do the thyroid ultrasound because it wasn't covered by insurance. The only way the doctor will discuss my labs with me now - or even have a conversation with my about all I am unhappy with, is if I schedule and pay for an appt. My patient portal is filled with misinformation -- including tests and scans I didn't have. In addition, I have a "gatekeeper plan" and my PCP has to refer me to any specialists -- and she couldn't give me ONE name. Not one referral -- even a GYN. The staff is cold and hardly cared about what I was experiencing and the doctor obviously could care less. -- addendum: Several days after writing this, I found out that not only was some of my blood work sample held too long (aka too old and improperly kept) and therefore invalid for some tests, but they finally called TWO weeks (and only after I called to complain and speak to the doctor) and said the reason the doctor wants me to come in is because the PAP sample was also improperly or insufficiently taken and they want me to come back to have it done again. They have failed me on every step. Mind boggling"
"Thomas the clerk is very attentive and makes sure to work with your schedule so that you don't miss any visits approved by your insurance. Mr Michael Lasak the therapist is very effective. Before I started seeing him I couldn't raise my hand or bend it towards the back. Since I've been seeing him which has been less than two months I can now raise my had and bend it so that I can touch my back. I highly recommend this clinic !"
"They make you wait for hours upon hours after your appointment time. Waiting for Dr. Wierzba is the worst. Takes a month to get an appt with her then she doesn’t show up and have to wait another month for the next appointment. Then waited over two hours to see her the day of my appointment. Would not recommend."
"Had an easy enough time getting an appointment, but no help when trying to follow up (currently on hold for 20min and counting) Doctor's prognosis made things worse, also told me to take advil for a wrist that's been hurting for a month (I'm a musician so I was looking for a little more help than a painkiller). They told me my EKG was abnormal then never followed up with me. Do not waste your time here. [UPDATE] After half an hour on hold someone finally picked up the phone and then immediately hung up... 1 star is being generous to this place."
"Called for appointment. The front desk do not pick up the phone during working hours. Finally: "Please hold" and 10 minutes later still on hold. The front stuff must have experience from Polish public hospital. Just do not care. Other reviews are completing my opinion about this place."
