Reviews of Allied Physicians Clinton Hill
"Dr. Anna is racist as hell.. she kept telling me to stop eating fried chicken/"popeyes" (even though Idon't eat fried chicken and I'm partial to some enchilada/Mexican food). It's funny but it's not because she treated me horribly during our televisit based on some horrid, sluggish racist trope in her mind that gorges on fried chicken and watermelon and speaks jive, and wonders where the white women at. I am eagerly turning my health around, but I don't need to be called everything but a slur in the process. I will be reporting to the proper authorities, but I feel like black people (especially fat black women/people) should not come round this way. I will not be returning"
"If you have a cold or a flu, Dr. Khalil is just fine. If you have anything else, anything that would require any deductive reasoning or that may have a cause that isn’t immediately obvious, buy a gun and shoot yourself before booking an appointment here. It will be a faster and cheaper solution than the death he will give you. I have met mentally challenged magicians who were more competent than Dr. Khalil at their chosen profession. He is so bad at diagnosing diseases, he has actually inspired me to learn more about healthcare. I recently had become so sick my skin was peeling off, I had awful stomach pain and I was dizzy for three weeks straight. Over the phone, with no information or data at all, he said it was dry skin and a bad flu. No solution. He then gave me a referral to a specialist that was equally dubious. It got so bad I went to the ER to get a second opinion, they immediately found an ear infection. And a dermatologist told me my skin was peeling because of a viral exanthema. The ER had given me medication to solve all of them in a short period of time. Had it been left up to him, I would literally be deaf from how severe the ear infection had become. How or why he chooses this profession is beyond my understanding. I genuinely can’t fathom how or why someone with such poor critical thinking skills would choose such a risky thing to do for a living. If he tells you anything you know for sure is abnormal is “nothing to worry about”, seek a second opinion. He will watch you die and collect the Medicare check from your grieving mother’s hands at the funeral. He’s been my pcp for just 5 weeks and I have been nothing but astonished at the lack of energy he puts into all of our interactions."
"Probably my best PCP experience in my 8 years in nyc. Staff was super friendly, Dr. Khalil was great, and the assistant doctor was phenomenal at really listening and treating me."
"I haven’t seen the doctor but I wish I knew they were closed on Tuesdays. “No appointment necessary” is not exactly true."
"R Medical is wonderful. I made an appointment on Zoc Doc for the same day and they let me come in for the appointment even though it was not booked 24 hrs in advance. The receptionist was very helpful and gave me time to look up my Insurance info. The nurse practioner Anna was amazing. She conducted a thorough history and physical exam and provided her recommended on the spot. Awesome bedside manners and professionalism. I love this clinic and will go there for primary care. Amazingly friendly team and clean facility. Love it!!!"
