"The actual COVID test procedure was fantastic! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The process and test was efficient and seamless. The scheduling for the initial phone consultation was a huge headache though. My appointment got dropped a few times and it was tricky to get that figured out. But the actual direct services from Prominis (COVID test and antibodies) were easy. I got my antibody test in a few days."

"Terrible experience, I showed up for an annual checkup asking to reschedule my appointment which they happily did by also mentioning that I will have to wait if people with appointments do show up. So I happily waited when there was no one in for about help an hour didn’t see the doctor and then the people with appointments showed up and I waited about 2 hours, all the patients with appointments came and left and I am now the last person in the office still waiting while I am typing this review."

"Terrible place. Went in for a consultation and had to wait for two hours to be seen. First the nurse practitioner had to google on the web to figure out what I had. Finally when the doctor came, he contradicted the practitioner and told me he will send a prescription to my pharmacy, he never did. Called back to have the doctor send it, then they tell me that he only comes once a week. Called back a week later, and had to wait 20 minutes on hold over the phone. After all this frustration, opted for another medical office. This place is ran by incompetent, careless people."
