"Went to the clinic for annual physical. Never had such bad experience before: Worst customer service, rude staff and they will just bill you for anything. I was charged 150$ out of pocket for a regular annual physical exam. I have called them multiple times but they are not willing to correct their billing codes. Never going back there."
"It's my 2nd year going to this facility. It's clean, well maintained and the receptionists know what they are doing and value the patient's time. Dr.Kamlesh Shah is my PCP and he is always on time , and actively listens and answers my questions patiently. I had an issue the first time when they made me wait for over 45 minutes, but since then it's been a great experience with less than 10 mins wait. I would recommend this facility and Dr.Shah to anyone."
"Probably the worst experience with a medical practitioner/office in the US. Read on the full review if you prefer details, otherwise TLDR is "AVOID THIS SERVICE IF YOU CAN." 1. Even though I had an appointment, the wait was quite long without any communication or apology. 2. After the long wait, nurse collected family history following which there was another very long wait. 3. The blood work at their chosen lab took more than one week. During this period there was no way to reach the hospital, their phone number directs you to the customer care. The customer care act like robots who ask the same questions every time, followed by their assurance that doctor's office will call you back. No surprises that the doctor's office never called back. 4. After multiple failed attempts, finally one customer care representative put me through to the doctors office after more than one week and then the receptionist tells me that I had to schedule an appointment to review the results and was blaming me for not doing it. Neither the doctor, receptionist nor the customer care ever told me in any prior call that this was the procedure. So, I was blamed for not setting up the appointment which I did not know had to be scheduled not knowing when & where the results would be available. 5. Lab charges are dubious as well. I am discussing with my insurance for any surcharges. I will not be going back here for any future physicals and would suggest the same to my fellow googlers looking for PCP's in Secaucus area."
"Went to this place with a raging ear infection that was leaving me deaf in my left ear. Rather than refer me to an ENT, Dr. Gosalia gave me a Zyrtec, and told me the pain “isn’t that bad- it’s probably just allergies”. Also please go see a different healthcare provider if you or a loved one are not native English speakers. Despite having many people in that office fluent in Spanish, Gosalia is incredibly rude to translators telling them “this is my job, thanks” while speaking in very loud and slow English to patients who do not understand him. Overall he has abysmal bedside manner with patients which is disappointing at best seeing as these patients trust doctors and healthcare providers with their bodies, health and comfort. Very calloused, and not compassionate or empathetic."
"If you looking for amazing care for your self this is not the place for you. Me and my husband had covid in March 2020 and I left msg on the office Voice msg system they never replied back. My husband had post COVID symptoms, doctor never recognized it and said to us that we should contact office and come for check up after covid later on after hospitalization. He had severe pain on left side from 21 April 2020 , he cannot able to breath without pain. He visited Dr. Gosalia on 23 April at 10 o’clock, he said all good and did echocardiogram and said no heart issues and sent him home. At later evening around 5 we ended up in emergency room where they diagnosed him for pneumonia with pleural effusion and pulmonary embolism. All those are it self life threatening condition , he was hospitalized for 5 days . Doctor never point out to anyone of those. Or never bother to investigate with a man complaining sever pain, he had sort ness of breath, pain and had covid 7 week ago. Recently on Saturday 9 th July , my husband got laceration injury on nose. He is on blood thinners so you contact you pcp for more guidance. I called office and left voice msg, they never replied and come back to me. It has been 5 days form this incident. Then we decided to change PCP. I am also from medical profession. And I understand that it is really hard to diagnose Pulmonary embolism but you should point out the possibility and treat accordingly. You should also check your msg system if you are giving your patients that service."
