"Terrible service. My appointment was for 1:30, came in 8 mins early and it’s 2:35 and I haven’t even been seen. Not a single person ahead of me. They don’t appreciate your time and I suggest you shouldn’t too."

"Super poor experience, please avoid making an appointment there. I had an appointment set up with them and I took my day off from work, they did not have me in their system (I’ve previously check in at the app). The woman at the front desk did not help at all. Poor customer service and waste of my time."

"When I got to this Optum it was my first time visiting and the receptionist were pretty nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the hour wait to be seen for 5 minutes by the doctor who when I tried to explain to him I knew what my issue was he insisted that I take blood work which isn’t the problem, the problem was why should I have to wait 4 weeks to follow up just for results and next steps on something that I’m not even diagnosed for yet or know if I will have to be. Dr. Sihng made me feel as if my issue was small and even told me out his own mouth “this is small” when I have been dealing with my problem for over a year. It may seem small to you as a doctor but think about the patient. I couldn’t believe it then when I expressed that I wanted an earlier follow up they made it seem like it was impossible until I got upset then I was able to get a zoom call appointment within the next week. Highly inconsiderate and this doctor was insensitive and did not care about how I felt as a patient. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy."

"Quite literally the least responsive, worst doctors office i have ever been to/communicated with. No one worksthere and they do not value your time. My first visit I waited for 45 minutes, saw the doctor for 9 minutes, then went to the lab. had a clear communication with the doctor and the front desk that my follow up would be that friday at 9 am via zoom. No one sends me confirmation - after 5 calls on wednsday, they attempted to tell me it was 12 day, finally realized they were wrong and told me to come in on moday to which i saidi am not coming in, send me a zoom. at 8:50 am, I still had not received a dial-in. they called me at 9:05 (appointment was at 9) that the doctor was not there yet. At 9:35 i met with the doctor, he was confused because he thought it was in person - mind you it was a 7 minute call. the last straw for this review, is the bloodwork they ordered as rejected by insurance. I spoke with a helpful front desk rep who said she'd call me back the next day as the doctor wasnt in to get supporting information for me. 3 days later no call back - attempted to call twice myself and the phone rings on end with no response even though the office is open. Extremely unprofessional and Im grateful my medical issue is resolved so I never have to deal with these people again."

"This is absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever experienced in my entire life. First of all, the wait to just get into a room took over an hour. The doctor came in to see my dad for 2 minutes before walking out without even saying whether the visit was finished or not. Told us a coordinator would call back to schedule his colonoscopy. They called me while I was at work and I missed it. I called back an hour later and someone told me the coordinator would call me back because they’re with a patient. I have been calling this damn office every damn day for over a week and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED OR EVEN RETURNED MY CALL!!!!!!!!! Useless place. Useless doctor. Just absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time coming here. This place should get 0 stars."
