"I am very grateful for my son receiving insurance from horizon it is an amazing insurance. However, I HATE calling family care. The employees are sooo rude, so disrespectful, I do not understand why for no reason, they start giving you an attitude. We as members are allowed to have questions, concerns and they have no patience at all. Every different time I've called the employees are super mean, and I try to be patient as well . I am someone cheery and always laughing and calling here just stresses me. For a couple of months of trying to fix a name correction on my son's ID Card, I finally got a nice lady Makiba, will not ever forget that she was the first kind person in a phone call. But before that each single woman was so disrespectful, kept telling me to call somewhere else because they couldn't correct his name. and did not seem happy to talk at all. I understand we all have bad days but the customer service here needs to improve. That's all, be ready to have so much patience when you call."
