"The Front Desk staff needs to be properly trained in various areas, but starting with customer service. Last week, 6/19/23, my father had a 4:50 pm appointment we arrived at 4:30 pm and was called into the room at 6:00 pm. They did not inform any of the patients about the delay nor did they apologize. They said it was the doctor's fault. The doctor's assistant did sincerely apologize. Dr. Philogene stated he would speak to his staff. Fast forward to today, 6/26/23, my mother has an appointment at 5:00 pm. We arrive by 4:30 pm since it's her first appointment and low and behold she's in the system, but the appointment was never entered. The young lady claims to have spoken to Dr. Diaz Johnson, but she couldn't be seen. They offered her an appointment in October!!!! We made the appointment in person about 2 months ago. Definitely not how that should have been handled. We're going to a different practice."

"The only reason my family has come here for over 13 years is because of Dr Philogene. His staff are RUDE and not polite WHAT SO OVER!! Every time I am here which I try not to come, I feel like I’m bothering them at their own job! Not sure why they even bother taking appointments since they are never on time. Just overall makes the whole experience not something you want to even deal with, but like I stated, only reason we come is for Dr Philogene."
