"Please make a favor to yourself and NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I had the worst experience I could EVER had. I went to this place on Aug 24, first the place don't have any sign on the building to direct to right place. I schedule and appointment with Dr Sarah (woman) and when I arrive she wasn't there and the "doctor of the day" was a man. My College asked a simple physical examination before start the classes, so as I needed it I waited. I made clear that my deadline was August 27. In total, I had contact with 8 staff members, all of them was EXTREMELY rude, except for the Phlebotomist. Despite the fact that I need ONLY a physical evaluation, they said as I was new client the protocol was a general evaluation. So, I spent 3 hours there and they had a electrocardiogram, blood test, stress test, test of hands and feet, vision test, breath test, carotid ultrasound and others that I didn’t even know the name and the didn’t explained. Every time I explained that I not an athlete and this just a regular health check they didn’t let me finish and said you are a new client. I accepted because I really need the form. After all of this, the doctor hurry up in the room they left me waiting, talked with me, fill up the form, said to go back in 15 days to get the tests results, and said to the staff to send the form by AUGUST 26 (one they before the deadline) or as soon they get my blood test results. Today is SEPTEMBER 07, 14 days after the date and I still didn’t received the forms. I called them 3 times. Today I spent 57 min ON HOLD and with an extremely RUDE staff member and at the end other person took my case and said: Ok, we gonna check and call you LATER! The result of this is I should start my Master degree tomorrow, but I CAN’T go to class because I don’t have this forms."

"If there were no stars I would give ZERO. I booked an appointment and everything went well however ther doctor had to up and leave right before I was supposed to see him after my testing. So I reschedule around my work schedule and HOURS BEFORE THE appointment I get a call saying I need to come in early or reschedule. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A CERTAIN TIME FOR A REASON. I ask why I need to reschedule and the lady says because the doctor wont be there and will be leaving early. Smh. The receptionist was unsympathetic, unapologetic, and didnt care at all....I waited basically a month for the doctor to give me results from the tests that I did. Absolutely unprofessional. Dont waste your time"
