"Unprofessional staff and dismissive doctors. Had a nurse talk abt a patient who only inquired about something - moment she walked out nurse went on a tangent about how "people feel so entitled to second opinions"..... yikes. If it wasnt for my second, third and fourth opinions i would still have doctors telling me my diagnosed chronic health conditions is just anxiety and stress. I informed the other nurse who helped me during my visit how unprofessional that was. And staff plays telephone with eachother with info because they dont know how to effectively communicate they made it out like i was lying about the info i gave them, instead of asking me questions. Got called back 4 times over same thing just to be given attitude bc they were confused and assumed i was lying. The only doctor that was kind is hard to book with. Other three doctors i have seen there shown they can be dismissive and lack bedside manners. I have seen a total of four doctors from here and 3 out of 4 were not compassionate, through, or considerate. I should add that i recieved this treatment from head doc there. I feel the dismissiveness comes from medical misogyny bc i have a uterus and male doctors do not understand the various health problems i have to begin with, with a female disease, so when they dont understand they gaslight. Ive seen enough doctors and experienced enough to know when im being dismissed"

"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. the staff are very none caring and dont seem to want to help. They are wayyy over charging. I will have my insurance fight them and open a chargeback on my recent payment"

"After reading the other reviews, I felt like I needed to post one. During my visit, the office staff was very busy. They weren’t rude, they were just busy. There wasn’t an overly friendly greeting, because everyone was on the phone and checking in patients. So, not rude IMO. I was in and out very quickly. Nurse practitioner ordered blood work, gave me a FODMAP diet and scheduled a colonoscopy. KNOW YOUR BENEFITS. a diagnostic colonoscopy usually isn’t covered because it isn’t considered preventive. I agree with other reviewers, if a procedure isn’t covered, you should tell the person. Not everyone had a few thousand dollars lying around. If you go to this location, just don’t schedule something without a window in which to check with your insurance provider."

"PLEASE read these reviews. This place is an absolute mess. Their employees are INCREDIBLY inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have been in contact with this office for almost 3 weeks. I have even spoken to their office manager (Kathy or Katherine) who is beyond unhelpful and discourteous. She's the office manager and she didn't even know what was going on in her department. My boyfriend was referred by Dr. David Pinn to have an endoscopy. His insurance was initially an open network that is sometimes registered as self-pay. I called the office myself over 2 weeks ago to confirm his appointment and insurance. This office was notified OVER 2 WEEKS AGO about his new insurance, Cigna. This office has given us the runaround ever since. They've done things like call him after 5 pm, leave him a voicemail telling him to call a different number, only for him to find out that office closes at 4 pm?? They've told him to call for someone specific (Jen G) after 1 pm, but then never bothered to mention she ends her shift at 3 pm. Our question is why should we have to deal with having an endoscopy approved by his new insurance 3 DAYS BEFORE IT IS SCHEDULED. They definitely fumbled this, and now they are trying to get him to pay for this out of his own pocket. I have never encountered a more INEFFICIENT and RUDE institution. Do yourself a favor and go to Dr. De Vito Fiore in Bloomfield instead."
