"My fiance went to this center to receive a dexcom so that the Dr could gather data and analyze it to hopefully diagnose her. She was born type 1 and always treated as type 1 but many different Dr's have said she does not behave like type 1 or type 2 - some have mentioned type 1.5 but are uncertain as to what is happening in her body. She is VERY fit, checks herself 10 times a day, and eats very well/consumes crazy amounts of water. The nurse, Jill, had an attitude from day 1. The dexcom, I believe, was installed improperly and failed after day 5. When we called to try and receive the data Jill was going on about 2 accounts and user id's or something - she doesn't know what she is talking about, there is one user ID and we can log in without an issue. The Dr has no time to speak to my fiance and wants the same, incapable, woman to install another dexcom in my fiance because he "doesn't have time." Well, we don't have time for this either. The Dr does not believe that my fiance is on the insulin regimen that she is on, he says what she says doesn't make sense - this is why we are here, guy. He wants her to take more long acting and add fast acting as well - she would die. She does not even take insulin at night and goes dangerously low 2/3 times a week. Don't go to this place, nothing but nasty women and a Dr who doesn't have time to do what needs to be done. I will be contacting her insurance to let them know that the dexcom failed and was installed by somebody who has the mental aptitude of a slug, and will be filing complaints with the appropriate organizations. We will be going to Philadelphia."
