"I have been going to Doctor Mullengada for over 25 years, This practice has been going downhill for years. First let me start off by saying scheduling an appointment for a specific time and sitting in a waiting room for an hour after your appointment time is unacceptable. This is an ongoing repetitive issue at this office. People in general should stop letting Doctor Offices do this and taking advantage of them. Unfortunately this is consistent behavior there and I walked out last time and told the secretary why and how many times this had happened to me. No one there cared or called me to apologize, or to schedule another appointment or even reach out to me. Which didn't surprise me at all!. Do you think if they came into you're buisness, restaurant or etc with an appointment and you didn't take care of them they would wait for you????? Not to mention Scheduling appointments is weeks and months in advance, and 99% of the time you're seeing a practicing nurse, not even a real Doctor, like I said I've been going to this office for over 25 years and maybe actually seen Dr. MULLENGADA maybe once in the past 15 years. Also forget about calling in and trying to get blood work or a prescription before you come in to save yourself time. The staff will be rude and standoff-ish. Why? Because their main focus is money and not your health! I had to recently change my primary and find a new office which I'm really glad I did and couldn't be happier instead of constantly dealing with the stress and aggravation at Dr. Mullengada's office. If you're looking for a good Doctor's office and good staff to make you feel comfortable and at ease, trust me, This is not the office for you! More people need to stand up and walk out of these offices that take advantage of you and don't value your time in order to change this behavior."
