"Honesty two stars may be generous here. The only reason I am leaving two is because over the past three years that I’ve been bringing my dog here, there have been some greasy individuals but it seems like they have left. My experience today with Jessica A was the last straw. I will not be bringing my dog back here. My dog is anxious which is something I know and tell the groomers at the salon every time. I medicate her and do everything I can to make sure that she does not give them too much trouble. Today I revived a call about halfway through her grooming to let me know that she had scratched Jessica A while escaping the bath area 3 times, something she’s never done before. They told me they may skip the nails if she is still difficult. When I went to pick her up, I have never been treated so rudely. Jessica was clearly very upset she had been scratched - again, not something within my control and quite honestly kinda par for the course when working with dogs who have nails and I’m sure my dog is not the first/only dog to be nervous and accidentally scratch a groomer. I again apologized for her and tried to ask what happened but Jessica never even so much as spoke to me. She basically threw my dog out into the receiving area. It was just so unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. On top of that, my dog was not even fully dry. It was very obvious Jessica was afraid of her or didn’t like her after she was scratched and so she did the job as quick as possible to be rid of her. A waste of almost $100 for me. Save yourself the money and the headache. This place has really gone downhill in the past year."
