"Always satisfied coming here! I went last year September to get my long hair cat groomed and cut. I went again today to get her a full groom with bath. My favorite part is that they don't use anesthesia at all for her."

The groomer did a horrible job with my dog, the haircut was uneven, her front paws had much more hair than the back, the ears were cut uneven. I asked to get a specific haircut and got a complete opposite. The management is also very rude and cannot provide great customer service. I would not recommend this place."
"Great place, I was worried cause I saw a couple of bad reviews and my dog is difficult to handle cause he doesn´t like it. but the place is very nice and clean, everything was perfect, the lady that took care of Pipo was very nice and my dog felt good. the price was reasonable, I will definitly return again.
