"My mom brought her blind dog to them. She was there for 5 hours. Her dog was disoriented when she came home. Mind you, I am not saying that this was the fault of the groomer. My mom was pleased with the grooming her dog received. My mom simply wanted to see if they would make an exception with the grooming time because it was sad to see her dog so disoriented. She just had questions and wanted to see. My mom called the next day and very kindly asked the owner if there was any way she could make an exception and have her dog finished sooner than 5 hours to help her not be so disoriented, The owner explained (with a tone in her voice) how she washes a few dogs first then cuts them all, etc., so she could not make an exception. She then told my mom, "so I assume this means you want to cancel your future appt?" My mom was sort of taken back and said "yes" reluctantly. The call ended and then my mom called back about 30 minutes later to ask if they thought her dog could possibly get used to it if she came there again. The husband answered and when my mom said who she was, the husband said ""my wife doesn't want to deal with you anymore" My mom simply said to him, "I thought we were having a conversation and he reiterated the same thing and said he wishes my mom luck finding another groomer" My mom is one of the kindest people. I'm not saying they had to change their procedures for my mom, however, they were defensive from the second my mom called and had no empathy to try and understand. My mom did not call to accuse/blame anyone. They definitely lack in their customer/people skills. Character and kindness matter, they matter a LOT."

"They were such a rip off charged a fortune during COVID-19 when no one was open scalped my beautiful small fluffy doggy horrible disgusting no personality they charged 85.00 to shave him! A normal groom is approx 65.00 for top quality total ripoff"
