"I decided to take my dog because I got a recommendation from a friend who told me the price was cheaper than other places but I doubt I will ever come again. The old lady who works there is very unprofessional and rude. She constantly makes insulting comments and refuses to listen to anything I said. If she is this lousy to my face I worry for how she treats the dogs when no one is around. I’ve honestly never seen such bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone please go somewhere else for grooming even if the price is a bit higher because at least you get good customer service!"
