"I would like to give a negative 5-star rating if Google permitted it. This grooming service displayed a severe lack of professionalism, particularly from their staff. Firstly, my dog sustained three cuts during the grooming process - one of which was bleeding, another resulted in scraped skin, and the third was a scratch. Shockingly, they did not inform us about these injuries; we discovered them ourselves when we picked up our dog. Despite their mistake, they still charged us in full without expressing any remorse. Furthermore, when we called to inform them about the bleeding, they dismissively claimed it was normal. Excuse me?!!!! Secondly, it is evident that they have no understanding of proper grooming techniques. Despite my explicit request for a round face for my puppy, they proceeded to give him a haircut more suitable for a hunting dog. Their incompetence is truly appalling. I strongly advise against using their services."

"The owner is very nice, but the groomer she hired isn’t very good and she sure doesn’t like animals. I caught her being mean to the other dogs when I went to pick up my dogs. A visit before that my dog returned with a limp, i took her to the vet, and they said she had a fractured leg. I couldn’t prove it was the groomer, but my vet said it was probably them. Pls don’t take your furry friends here. It’s truly not worth it."

"I always take my dog to Her groomer , but unfortunately there was no appointments available for this week. Since my dog needed a hair cut ASAP I read some reviews of this place that made me think that it was the best option for me. After I sent my dog to this place today I realized that I took the worst decision ever !!!! They cut my dog hair HORRIBLE !!!!!! They did not listen what I said to them !!!! I have a miniature schnauzer and she looks like a homeless dog now !!! They charged me $80.00 , literally this hair cut looks like I have cut her hair by myself. I’m so disappointed and sad because there is no more remedy to fix her hair more than time to wait for her hair and eyelashes to grow. I told them not to cut her eyebrows and they did. I had a photo shoot appointment for holiday and I will have to cancel it. I wish I can give zero starts!!!"

"I have taken my little dog here twice. I was able to sit and wait and watch the entire time he was being groomed through the window. The dogs all run around and play together in the day care part- it’s super cute. The owner is sweet and professional. The prices are decent. He was groomed by two different people and both time he came out looking great!"

"Before I sent my dog here, I let them know that he gets nervous when grooming and that it takes some time to get used to the groomers. When I first dropped him off, I felt assured that he would be fine because it seemed that way. However, when I picked him up, he was not acting like he normally does and the haircut was not great at all. My dog continued to act paranoid and scared for a whole week after the service and he acted timid all the time. The woman who cut his hair was Mercedes and I would never go back to this place again. AND he had cuts all over his body because they cut too much. I do not recommend anyone to go here!"
