From cancelled and unscheduled appointments, insensitive responses from apathetic counselors who come from privileged backgrounds, to cliche advice you look up on google. I cancelled services here feeling more dejected and suicidal than before and with no insight about myself or my condition."

"Dr. Debbie Ferro has been my therapist for over 5 years and it feels like I have known her for much longer. I first saw her for severe anxiety to the point I was on so many medications I thought I would never be "normal" again. After the first meeting, I was already feeling comfortable and calmer. "This place is a joke ! My brother paid for their services and it took them almost a year for only 2 interviews. Dr F never follows up with her clients. The receptionist David is useless as they come ! He will literally tell you that he will follow up with Dr F and will notify you with an answer and he’ll never call you. I advise looking elsewhere."
