"Fancy Tails is the best place for grooming your pet! We have been a customer for a few years. Our dog gets so excited to see Siggi and her staff. They are meticulous and excellent at bathing, shaving and cleaning our dogs teeth. We highly recommend them. Have never had a bad experience. Our dog always looks great and more importantly is always happy when he comes home from Fancy Tails."

"My dog seemed very out of it and traumatized after I picked him up here. Then we got home and I noticed his paw was bleeding?! This lady clearly does not know what she's doing. Raised the price for my dog because he's "too old to work on". Also never lets her customers come in while she's working on the dog, I stopped in to make sure my dog was doing ok because he gets nervous at the groomers and she kicked me out, which I find very sketchy. Never going here again. If you love your pet, don't go here."

"First experience was fine, I brought my boyfriends cat here to get groomed. Second time I brought her here, not only had the price increased but she called me a half an hour later telling me that I had to come pick up the cat because she was too difficult to groom? I Don't understand what had changed since the first time ? there were no issues the first time. She was very rude on the phone, called my boyfriends mother on her phone as well, leaving multiple nasty voicemails for her to come pick up the cat. She was very rude when I finally came to pick up the cat and offered me no valid reason for her not being able to groom the her other than "she moved around too much". Aren't animals supposed to move? I wish I could give her zero stars, this woman should not be dealing with animals."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I would have read reviews beforehand. We recently lost our groomer whom we loved and had to find a new groomer. I called around all different groomers trying to find a place for my two dogs and found availability for one dog at Scruffy to Fluffy in Pearl River which was fabulous. And one availability at fancy tails. Scruffy to Fluffy gave my dog the works,she looked and smelled wonderful and they only charged us $75. Fancy tails botched our other dog up completely shaving him which is NOT what you do to this breed of dog (Keeshonds). Their double coat protects them and helps them regulate their body temperature. Before even seeing our dog we called fancy tails and the owner became irate with us over the phone and hung up on both myself and my hubby a total of 5 times while she had our dog in her custody. She was screaming at us on the phone that we were yelling at her... which we were NOT. I believe she was trying to cover herself, perhaps she had others in her presence and she wanted them to hear her say we were yelling at her which was not the case. I told my hubby to go there and be careful because this woman is apparently insane and very unstable. She shaved our dog bald which provides no professional grooming service. I could have done this myself, my kids could have done a better job. When my hubby got there to get our dog he said we'd never come back and she then proceeded to accuse us of abusing and neglecting our dog!!! Are you kidding me!!! Our dogs are the furthest thing from neglected or abused. Anyone who knows us and our pets knows how much we love and care for our family ( our dogs are our family too they are our other children). Our oldest Keeshond is going on 15 years old for a breed that lives 12 years because we take such good care of them. I believe she was trying to intimidate us and trying to have a straw to grasp to have something against us because we were so unhappy with her service. And she had the audacity to charge $150 for this botched up service. AFTER our experience EVERY friend and family member started telling me their horror stories with her saying if I knew you were going to go there I would have warned you!!!! REALLY!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN BEFOREHAND!!! Please read her reviews before you go!!!!! The only good review I see she probably wrote herself. I'm including a pic of each of my dogs after their grooming. The shaved dog was the result of fancy tails. They properly groomed dog was done at Scruffy to Fluffy. I've even included a pic of what my dog looked like before he was shaved bald in a pic with the two of them together."
