Scruffy To Fluffy Dog grooming

"We took our golden doodle in yesterday and they returned him with one of his nails cut to the skin! He was bleeding throughout the whole day and in pain. When we called to let them know the person on the phone said it was "normal" and "very common" which I don't think so. We've taken our dog to other places and had cut his hair ourselves. This has never happened. I understand we can make mistakes but for her to dismiss it as normal was very frustrating. The appointment was at 9 am and the photos are from 10pm that night. He's still bleeding. All of his nails are cut right to the rim where his skin is."
