"I had to trim/buff my dog's nails, which went terrific despite him being over 100 lbs., an American bully who, let's say that it, is his least favorite activity; the groomer was patient and gentle with my Rhino. He managed to trim the nails, but buffering forgot about it; Rhino did not have it that day. The cost was updated, and I apologized and paid the reduced price. Thank you for caring for my Rhino!"
