"Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Really disappointed as this place had a lot of promise. When I dropped off my dog today, the groomer was yelling at other dogs aggressively. The door was wide open… didn’t look very safe - seemed as if the dogs could just run out. My dog was groomed and I came early to pick her up. They thought I was there for the wrong dog and charged me for another dog. They brought this other dog to me and I said this is not my dog. Then got mad at me and reversed the charge but let me know if was my fault …. Not sure why I was the issue there… I was waiting for my dog and witnessed the groomer yell at her and aggressively handle her because her tail was between her back paws. My dog was crying. The groomer was very aggressive and rude. I won’t be coming back here."

This groomer does not know how to groom doodles. Unprofessional, rude, condescending, and was mean to my dog."
