All staff in incredibly friendly, and who can beat not leaving the house! Cait and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the pups they groom. They pay very close attention to detail, as Forest’s cut is pristine every time. They get to know each dog’s personality, and they are always in communication with us. Each time Groomington comes by, Forest always comes out looking spiffy and smelling amazing! They go above and beyond each time to make sure Forest looks his best. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Groomington and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier and convenient service."

"Their mobile grooming is excellent! I highly recommend Daisy. At first I had reservations about not being able to see my dog Roxy, or check in on her. But when Daisy brought her back into my house, my dog ran right back to her, wagging her tail. My dog looks beautiful and was very happy. I think their prices are very fair and we will be using Daisy on a regular basis. I know she pampered my baby and I love the way she looks!"

"Cait and her team have always been nothing but professional and loving with our 3 golden retrievers. The shop is clean and the staff are always friendly and happy to see our pups! We have one dog who especially dislikes baths but he always comes home happy and smelling amazing! They have been extra careful with our 13 year old retriever who has arthritis and do everything they can to make the grooming experience pleasant and pain free for him. Cannot recommend them enough!"

"We have been bringing our precious Chloe to Groomington Coat Factory for a long time and have been happy with the service. Chloe was diagnosed with ALS and as the disease developed it caused her to urinate all over herself. This prompted a need for weekly baths. Kerri has always been her groomer and took extra care with her. She would meet me at the car with a clean towel and carry her in when walking became difficult for her. Kerri went above snd beyond in her care for Chloe. When Chloe wasn’t scheduled for her normal session she called me to check on her and I shared Chloe was failing and would soon be passing. She cried with me on the phone and today this beautiful flower arrangement arrived with a beautiful note from Kerri. To the management at Groomington you are better for having Kerri on your staff. She is a talented groomer and a one of a kind. Thank you Kerri for your years of service and obvious love for Chloe."

"This was my first time going to Groomington Coat Factory. My dog will be 9 in June and I have only had her for a year now. She is a shelter dog and has never been groomed until now. Groomington was very accommodating to Lady Panini's needs. They were very open to hearing my requests and explaining Lady and her past traumas. I wanted to be very detailed in such as she is not good with other dogs so they were informed. Lady ended up doing amazing. They booked her right in the morning so she was in and out. They handled her professionally with love and care. I have never seen her look so white and fluffy in her own way (she is a blood hound). We will 100% be back. I had Graduation photos done and got some of Lady Panini. This is her in a photo. She was cleaned by the one and only Groomington Coat Factor! Doesn't she look great?"
