"This is so ridiculous. People need to understand this is a mental health facility! I had my first appointment with kim and she was so rude. They decided to make me appointment for evaluation without me knowing. They leave you hanging and you have to call back to remind them to do their work! I’m surprised how we pay no show fee and they’re the one who don’t show up. Literally made my mental health worse. Not recommending this place."
