Called to set up a visit and was told by her to get a "live person" on the phone from my insurance company to verify coverage! She's in network, for goodness sake! She didn't want to go through the "hassle" of verifying details with the insurance company. She needs therapy herself - thank goodness we didn't waste our time by actually seeing her. Stay away."
