Champions at Marlboro Elementary

"We love Champions! My son has attended their aftercare program at MarEl since we moved here in 2020. Ms. Marie and Ms. Lisa are the heart of this program; they are compassionate, creative, and dedicated to the overall well-being of the children. They engage the children in interactive activites, homework assistance, and recreational/physical activities too. I love that he also gets to socialize with his friends and burn off some of that boundless energy every day. As a parent, Champions is invaluable -not just because of their affordability, but because it has also saved my sanity! I know he’s safe and happy, and I love that his homework is done by the time I pick him up. Sometimes there is just no time and energy for me at the end of the day so I appreciate having one less (but important) thing to worry about! Thank you Ms. Marie, Ms. Lisa, and your team."

"I received an invoice in August about an outstanding bill. There were no service descriptions nor dates of service. I went on my account and it showed a $0 balance. I called the number on the form to get more information and no one answered- I called on 3 occasions. I was left on hold for more that 30 minutes each time and still did not get to speak with a rep. I then received a call from a rep trying to get me to pay the outstanding money. I asked him for the service description as well as the dates he was charging me for as I have my payment receipts from June. He stated that this company does not provide that. What company does not provide an itemized list for services rendered when they ask for payment? Why is my account indicating something different then what the rep was suggesting and why would it be expected that I pay someone via telephone without the opportunity to see what I am paying for. I was then sent to collections after only one letter and still no indication for what I still owe money for. The bill was only 30 days overdue and there were not any notices of an outstanding balance. Furthermore, they had no evidence that I did not intend to pay as I had paid all my invoices all year. This is a horrible way to run a business and provide customer service. I have 3 children in that school and I will NEVER use any of their programs again."
