"Since working with Dr. Carolyn in her 6 week Positive Intelligence program, my anxiety doesn’t have the same control over me it once did, I’m less nauseous from stress, and I feel a lot more confident in myself, my ideas and my work. I used to feel intimidated communicating and had trouble with time management. Since everyone at work is doing the PQ program [with Carolyn] we function more as a team working well together. Our communication is more efficient and effective. I can identify when I’m in self sabotage and self correct. I’m more aware and in control of physical tension and blaming and shaming myself. I can easily calm myself at will now, even if the train is late, or I’m in the middle of an argument. This program with Dr. Carolyn impacted all aspects of my life for the better. Dr. Carolyn’s questions really helped me like get a deeper look into myself and they were questions I would have never asked myself.
