"I can not praise the staff and providers at this office enough. However, they have major issues since Advocare took over. My 3 children were sent discharge letters with no explanation. I called the office to see what was going on and was told it was due to a late bill. My oldest happens to be due for her yearly check up and they will typically inform me of any balance owed and I pay at the time of visit. I guess since we are going on a year without her being seen, and to my own fault over a late bill, they discharged 3 children with good insurance who have been patients since the opened the EHT location over $107 which could have been paid in person have I had a reason to bring her in. I understand I am at fault here, but all of this over such a small amount owed just seems ridiculous."

"The absolute best pediatrician office around. I can not praise them enough. Every single person in this office is kind, courteous, and professional. The office is clean an efficient. I’ve never waited for an appointment. My children are comfortable and happy when they know they’re going to the doctor. My 8 year old daughter idolizes Natalia! I’m so absolutely grateful for them. They go above and beyond for their patients and we truly feel like family. My anxiety bad fears disappear when I’m here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always making sure my babies are truly loved and cared for! I will never leave this office!"

"Just switched my son from Rainbow Pediatrics and I'm so glad I did. I met with Dr Sless and she sat down with my son and I and discussed his medical history. Even though my son doesn't get sick often, I needed a provider who would accept walk ins and conduct yearly well visits without it being a hassle to schedule appointments or wait on the line or a call back. I felt very comfortable speaking with Dr. Sless and didn't feel rushed or waited long. My son left there happy! Dr Sless and staff were very friendly."
