"I recently visited a with mixed feelings about my experience. While the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, there were significant issues that significantly detracted from the overall quality of care provided. Giving that this experience involves sick children and health, this office warrants no more than 1 star. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk personnel, who were helpful and attentive. However, our appointment time came and went, and we ended up waiting for over an hour before being seen by a healthcare professional. While I understand that delays can happen in a busy medical practice, the extended waiting time was frustrating and affected the overall efficiency of the visit. When we were finally called in, we were seen by a nurse practitioner, an older blonde lady. She examined my son and surprisingly cleared him of having an ear infection, stating that he was "perfectly healthy." This assessment seemed questionable considering my son's symptoms, but I trusted the medical professional's judgment at the time. Unfortunately, a short while later, my son's condition worsened, and we sought help at an urgent care facility. To my dismay, the urgent care provider diagnosed my son with an awful ear infection and promptly prescribed antibiotics. This discrepancy between the nurse practitioner's assessment and the subsequent diagnosis at urgent care was concerning and left me questioning the thoroughness of the initial examination. While I appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff, the excessive waiting time and the inaccurate diagnosis by the nurse practitioner were significant issues that impacted the quality of care provided. Prompt and accurate diagnoses are crucial in pediatric medicine, and unfortunately, this particular experience fell short in those areas. Overall, my experience with this pediatrician's office was very dissappointing. I hope that they address these issues to ensure more efficient and accurate care for their patients in the future."

"For 15 years, Dr. Kira Feldman has taken excellent care of our children. We love the current staff of Nurse Practitioners, LPN’s and office staff. They are all knowledgable and have an excellent bedside manner. We now drive 30 minutes and refuse to change doctors."
