"My daughter had an awful experience there. Dr was rude always felt like she was condescending she ignored my daughters extremely fast heart rate and high bp. She ended up having a heart defect requiring surgery and missed thyroid condition found at new dr in less than 2 appointments. Tried shaming me for leaving a comment so I’d take it down. DONT GO HERE!"

"I am an ex-patient of Nagpal. She always felt very condescending towards my mother and I when I was younger. She never listened to my concerns and I always felt rushed out the door. I am now finding health issues that could have been diagnosed and solved years ago. I have to get my adenoids removed at 24 years old because she would not listen when I asked why I always felt congested and would get repeated ear infections. My first pediatrician moved to the Philippines when I was still quite young which is why I had to switch, and her office was in the the same complex as his had been, so it seemed convinient at the time. However, I now wish we had kept looking after the first few visits instead of settling. The first doctor didn't miss a beat, spoke to his patients with respect, and spoke directly to the children as if they were the patient instead of being dismissive and talking down to them. I do not like how Nagpal made me feel as a patient. I always walked out of her office feeling as though she didn't look as thoroughly as she should've. Judging by the only other review here, it could have something to do with which insurance one has and how much she is paid per visit, as the other review seemed to have a much more pleasing experience than I. Just my hypothesis. I wish my issues had been caught when I was a child. Do your research when choosing a pediatrician, don't just choose the convinient one. That's my lesson from this experience. PS: the nurse practitioners in this office were always very kind and seemed to listen and answer questions a lot better, so toward the later years visiting, I requested to see them instead."
