"NP Suzanne was kind but five minutes into our appointment she took her face mask off making some kind of comment about how she already had the virus which I guess made it ok for her to not wear a mask around us? It make me extremely uncomfortable. Won’t be returning there."

I was made to feel guilty for worrying when my child was sick frequently and it turns out they ignored some in your face signs of some underlining illnesses! I do want to throw out there one positive she isn’t the kind of dr that throws meds at everything which I appreciate as a parent!"

"I went there for 8 years with my one daughter . The doctor is very good , no bad comments about her. But I’m pretty sure the short round receptionist steals money! I changed insurance after I had second child and I had co-pays, she always charged me differently and bc I was so sleep deprived with my newborn I could never remember . One day (more than a year and half later) I thought to call my insurance company and ask how much a preventative routine shot visit would cost and they told me “$0” . So I asked the receptionist for receipts or some kind of record and they had no record of any payments. Unfortunately I would pay cash most of the time so I couldn’t prove it. But when I asked her she became very nervous and extremely nice . And she was NEVERRRRRRR nice. So I left practice . I was upset bc I’ve been going there for so long . But no one wanted to help me so I was forced to move on. I learned a lesson to learn my own insurance plan and never pay cash. I just didn’t think I would taken advance of there . It’s unfortunate"
