"Everytime my son is sick they always say it’s a virus and never send medication. They always say to treat it at home and stuff but honestly getting fed up with the same response everytime I go to the doctors. I take my son to the doctors so I can get help for his illness but they end up not helping and say the same response. Also the receptionist is rude she’s an old lady and I believe has glasses but she is so rude I can’t stand her I always avoid her because I don’t like to tolerate her disrespect"
"I have 3 children and they have all gone to Pediatric affiliates in Howell. We Love all of the doctors there especially Dr.Fiore & Dr. Haimowitz. All of the nurses and staff are amazing. Erin remembers everything about us everytime which makes it such a smooth visit everytime! Highly recommend them!"
"We love dr. Fiore, she is very kind compassionate and knowledgeable with years of experience! She is very thorough during our visits and takes time to examine the baby, listen to our concerns (we have tons of them as first time parents!) and answer every question. The nurses are incredible, very professional and kind (also careful and quick when administering vaccines). And the office staff is friendly and organized, they always pick up the phone (and rarely put us on hold), always get a message to the doctor or nurse in a timely manner and make sure we have a good experience in the waiting room and all our paperwork and payments are settled."
"My son was very sick last week was throwing up mucus I wasn’t able to get through so I took him next door to our house to a walk in clinic for a Covid test around day 4. By day 5 I called pediatric affiliates to get a very rude receptionist in the phone who would not make me an appointment because she claimed I needed my son Covid tested again. I told her we had just gotten the negative results that day she insisted that I probably need to get another test done cause I did it too early. I explained to her I got the test done day four of being sick as I was supposed to and she went on to start questioning me as to why I even went to a walk in clinic in the first place. When I explained to her I couldn’t get through a few days earlier she kept questioning what time I called as if it mattered at that point I told her it’s besides the point my son is throwing up mucus and she just kept arguing tm with me saying I just don’t get why you would go to a walk in clinic. I literally was going in circles with her until I finally said listen I have a very sick child I don’t have time to argue with you. She transferred me to some kind of office manager and told her I was upset about the fact I couldn’t get through on the phone days earlier which I wasn’t she was the one making a big deal about it and instead of the office manager asking me what was wrong she kept taking at me and explaining what times they go to lunch exct. I said that’s not the issue I just need to make a sick appointment for my son for tommorrow I have negative Covid results can you help me she then said no sorry you’ll have to call tomorrow. They needed up calling me the next day I ignored it at that point thankfully I got in touch with my sons original pediatrician that thankfully still takes our insurance and we were seen in the spot no questions asked. My son 8 years old mind you. This isn’t the first time the staff has been rude and I’ve been unable to make an appointment. We were seen by dr.Foote once there she was nice but too bad her clients can’t get past the staff in the front. We will not be returning. I’m actually shocked the office treats parents like this if young kids who need a sick visit."
