"Dr. Gajula is fantastic and I've never had an issue with his staff, however the second physician (or Nurse Practitioner- this has been confusing) is terrible. No bedside manner, often abrupt and judgemental... She caused my kids ear infection to worsen by keeping him on the BRAT diet instead of mentioning that one of the top causes of ear infections is wheat. The leading cause is dairy if anyone wants to know. I'm extremely disappointed. If Dr. Gajula doesn't come back, neither will I."

"I usually don’t write reviews but, I remember tirelessly searching for reviews for pediatricians before landing on Dr. Gajula when I first moved into the area. I honestly have never had a better experience with a doctor in my life. We have two kiddos who are both seen by Dr. Gajula and every single time I always feel listened to. He takes his time, really looks at the whole picture and makes sure you’re questions and concerns are addressed before you leave the office. He’s extremely respectful of a persons autonomy, he explains to my oldest what he is going to do before he does it and gives her the opportunity to say “ok” before proceeding. He also is the doctor on call when you ring the after hours line which is amazing because you don’t feel like you’re playing catch-up with a new pediatrician on the fly. The office staff is lovely and has been extremely accommodating if I need to get one of my littles seen asap. Overall, I truly do not think I could ever bring my kids anywhere else."

"Moved to a beautiful town . Sunshine pediatric is very near to me so i decide to pick them as my kids doctors office. Our first visit with Dr Gajula went very well .Dr Gajula is one of the best doctor and very very humble person i have ever met . We had no issue with Dr Gajula . Problem is a staff at this office . Doctor Gajula ordered blood work for one my kid . lab sent blood work in a week .Kept on calling office to hear about result of blood work .it took them a month to get back to me and telling me that blood work report is abnormal . staff blamed on labcorp they sent it late i contact labcorp they mention me a date that with in a week they sent them reports. It is staff carelessness they are not doing there jobs properly . I hope staff should understand kids life are very important and they very precious to parents that is why we brought our kids to doctors office to make sure they are in safe hand .If staff is not doing a job properly how good doctor is it is not going to work . Just being so careless can lead kid life to danger . And including all that risking kids life plus taking thing to personal grudge level (i called another office to have a new pediatrician to take my kids to better facility unfortunately i end up calling 495 iron bridge rd freehold Dr .sadik and associates .they all are under same facility associate over there kept on ordering me not to change a doctor .I listen to her patiently at the end associate mention which office i have been to .) As a parent i have to make sure my kid life is safe and secure . We take kids to doctors office for the health concerns not to deal with staff mental health issue and irresponsibility and if we are not feeling safe we have right as many times to change doctor . I have no personal issues with staff its just staff behavior by not performing there job can put your kid life in danger . For new doctors office i need record from the office i called them and i had to deal with the same issue again . I have never experienced such a horrible customer service ever in my life .Please kindly take care of this staff your child life is at risk . Dr Gajula you are very good doctor but staff at this branch is horrible. Good luck"

"Doctor Gajula has been our pediatrician for 6 years now.He is so great with my 4 children. His staff is very helpful and kind, they have been more than accommodating with scheduling visits. I am usually always calling in a panic when any of my children are burning up with a fever and I get an answer and phone call back with in minutes even in the middle of the night."
