"I went in here to get a coffee and must have double cupped my drink. When I got to the counter the cashier goes “2 coffees?” I’m like what? He goes “ 2 coffees” and points to my drink. So I lifted my cup out of the one cup and gave it back to him. It seemed really petty and unnecessary way to explain the situation but I assume 711 isn’t doing too hot these days from their main customers being the dope heads of down town. I look forward to Wawa taking over all your locations. Your stores are dirty and especially this location. I don’t frequent 711’s often but when I do the employees are the worst part of going there."

"After years of coming here all of a sudden I’m accused at 48 yrs old of stealing ice cream by a 15 yr old Indian who drops her sweeper so ppl can trip on it to go tell the lady up front I stole a ice cream! I was humiliated, angry and you lost a customer for LIFE and I told many ppl in the last few days what happened they won’t be going there either! :) and found out it’s happened before with others cause of certain arm movements or having a purse! I’ve been going in your 711 since I was 3 yrs old I never had a problem til now - well once is enough! Never returning :)"

"The store is very nice. We were stranded here because of car issues and the people at the store let us and the kids use the bathroom multiple times (even though it was only for employee) and provided cup for us so we can give our pets water. They are very kind hearted so please support the store when you are in the area! Thank you for your help 7-11!"
